1. Return Shipping Process

Returning an item is simple!

• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• Requests received after this period will not be processed.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
• Refunds will be processed  to the original payment method.
• No additional fees will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

• First, check with your bank or card issuer.
• Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We may request photos to help us assess the issue.

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges.
If you’d like to replace an item or simply change your mind, request an exchange and we’ll guide you through the process.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as processing hasn’t begun.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
